How much does a Hotel Lobby AI video cost?
A 5-second 480p video costs 10 credits. Longer videos and higher resolutions cost more — 720p and 15-second output use the most. The exact price appears next to the Generate button before you commit.
What does each monthly plan include?
Starter ($9.90) adds 100 credits every month, Plus ($19.90) adds 250, and Pro ($39.90) adds 600. Every plan unlocks all lengths, both resolutions and both aspect ratios — the plans differ only in how many credits arrive each month.
How long do the monthly credits last?
Credits from a monthly plan arrive after each successful payment and are valid through the end of the paid period, so they are meant to be used within that month. The 10 signup credits are separate and never expire.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Open Billing in your account settings. You can cancel there at any time, and the credits already granted for the current paid period stay usable until that period ends.
Which currency and payment method are used?
All prices are in US dollars and checkout is handled by Stripe, so any card Stripe accepts will work. OraStage never sees your card details.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits charged for a failed generation are returned to your balance automatically. New accounts also start with 10 free credits, so you can see the output quality before subscribing.
